Canada Learning Code Explainer Video
A lot of people don’t realize just how much technology impacts their personal and professional lives. They also don’t realize how important technical literacy has become — and how much more important that skillset will be in the future. That’s where Canada Learning Code comes in. They started with a focus on teaching ladies to code (hence their original name, ‘Ladies Learning Code’). As they grew, they expanded to serve Girls, Kids, Teens, and Teachers Learning Code (hence the new name).
They started with an ambitious goal: to deliver 10 million ‘tech education experiences’ to Canadians. And they needed an engaging explainer video that would inspire and educate, and even more importantly, serve as a rally cry.
I co-concepted the video, as well as storyboarded and illustrated it. I’m so happy to have an opportunity to work with Canada Learning Code and to help them do more of a really great thing.
